eXact Xp

Spectro for use on Flexible Film

Available in all eXact models, the eXact Xp is a feature-rich and easy-to-use handheld spectrophotometer specifically designed to help flexible packaging converters and ink manufacturers achieve accurate and consistent measurements on flexible films and other print and packaging substrates.

Getting Color Right on Flexible Film

The eXact Xp  is designed to ensure accurate printing of both CMYK and spot colors as well as leveraging industry standards for process control. It also boasts unique features for ink labs and quality control labs to provide enhanced functionality of quality control features, store sample measurements for data tracking, and allow for multiple user profiles on one device.

In addition, the eXact Xp is designed specifically to help flexible packaging converters and ink manufacturers achieve accurate and consistent measurements of color while primarily measuring films and other substrates with polarized qualities.

Benefits:

  • Best in Spot Color Support
Fully integrated Pantone spectral data, support of the PantoneLIVE color digital workflow, and ink key adjustment recommendations for spot colors and CMYK.
  • Accurate and Consistent
The combination of the advanced spectral engine and integrated white calibration ensures the highest accuracy and consistency with other instruments – all the time.
  • Configurable
eXact Xp allows the user to easily configure and control the instrument to the specific standards of a selected job.
  • Efficient
Both the eXact Xp Standard and Advanced are designed to bring efficiency to your operation with the ability to perform simultaneous measurements of M0 and M2 conditions.
  • Expandable
With a comprehensive portfolio of products, the eXact family integrates with many X-Rite solutions to ensure color consistency across the entire workflow.
