This eXact 2 Suite software release supporting all eXact 2 models introduces the following new features and bug fixes, including but not limited to:
- New controlled access for firmware 2.0 and higher
- Due to Security Requirements, eXact 2 Firmware will only be accessible through Suite to prevent compatibility issues with older software.
- Fixed a UI issue where the input entry field is too small to see the entire value
- Fixed a UI issue in Datacatcher where functions were missing
- Checkboxes in settings fixed to react on first click
- Fixed an issue where Default Jobs folders were not installing on Mac
- Additional QOL improvements
X-Rite recommends using eXact 2 firmware v1.6.178 or higher with this software.
