X-Rite's reputation is built on the excellent performance of its service team. We work hard to ensure uninterrupted performance on all X-Rite products. Your product will most certainly outlast your service contract and warranty coverage. Never fear, extended coverage is a phone call away:

North America Service Contract Coverage:

  1. Unlimited repairs, including parts and labor due to normal usage.
  2. One inspection/certification service per contract period. Certification will normally be done at the time of a repair visit. If no repair is required during the contract period, then one inspection/certification service visit is covered.
  3. Free short term unit exchange. An equal-to or better-than model may be used.
  4. Priority unit exchange status.
  5. Unlimited free telephone support.
  6. One-way return shipment of your instrument via UPS Blue.

North America Extended Warranty Coverage:

  1. Extends the coverage of your new unit for two additional years. Available only at the time of a new purchase.
