Customer don't know why they receive an "Unable to restore original profile" errors and what they should do.The error "Unable to Restore Original Profile" when starting the monitor profiling process might populate the first time that a profile is generated with the i1Profiler software for your monitor or projector. This is populated due to no i1Profiler-generated monitor profile in place. The solution is to click "OK" and proceed. The profile that you build will be fine. Once a profile has been built the error will not reoccur. It happens because the i1Profiler software is attempting to load the existing monitor profile (or no profile at all) for use in the "Before-After" illustration.
