CAPSURE Synchronization Notification:
"Synchronization completed with the following errors or warnings. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact technical support. Errors:Could not authenticate to server. (Error code: 5 (device not found))"
The error happens when a user enters a security code into the device when attempting to change Regional or Collection settings.
To synchronize avoiding Error code: 5, reset the device from the settings menu. This will reactivate the security feature and device synchronization will not be an issue.
Note: After Resetting the CAPSURE, you may have to re-select your Region and Language.
