Assigning a monitor profile in OSX

ColorShop Monitor Calibrator runs in the Classic mode under OSX. This results in the monitor profile being saved in the OS9 system folder and being assigned to the system in Classic only. You will need to manually transfer the profile from the ColorSync profiles folder in the OS9 System folder to one of the following locations in OSX:

Next you will need to assign the profile. Use the apple menu, select system preferences Choose the Display Preference Icon and then select the color tab. The color tab has a scrolling list of display profiles select the proper profile and close the preferences pane and you are done. From this point any application that is profile aware should be able to use your profile. If you desire you can check that the display profile is also set correctly in the ColorSync preferences pane.
