Mulitiple monitors stacked vertically on Windows
If you are using two monitors on a Windows workstation, and have the monitors configured vertically, i.e. one monitor over the other, when you attempt to calibrate the secondary monitor the application window is no longer visible.
The workaround is to go to system properties and change the arrangement of the monitors to a side by side configuration, profile the displays, then change the configuration back to the vertical state.
