There are four common error messages (in X-RiteColor Master). You may need to click on the "Details" button in X-RiteColor Master to see the contents of the error message. Please select from the list below . . .

If the error message that you have is not one of the above, please click here to go to "My X-Rite" where you can create a new support case. One of our Technical Support Reps will then contact you for further assistance.
