System Level unwritable

Saving a monitor profile but the System Level shows an exlamation point and "Unwritable"All profiles are stored in one folder on Windows - C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color. Macintosh allows them to be stored in either the user level at - MacHD\Users\<user name>\Library\ColorSync\Profiles or to the system level at - Mac HD\Library\ColorSync\Profiles. By default, all users do not have "Read & Write" permissions to the system folder. 

To change this option so both locations are writable, navigate to Mac HD\Library\ColorSync\Profiles...right-click (or control-click) on the Profiles folder and choose "Get info". Click the lock in the lower right corner and unlock with the admin password. Change the permissions for all listed users to "Read & Write". Click the lock to save the settings and close the window. You will now be able to save i1Profiler profiles to both the System Level and the User Level.
