The eXact 2 firmware release 1.6.133 supports all eXact 2 models and introduces the following improvements:
This update includes:
- Refinement to the Jobs Tool, including G7, autopatch recognition, etc.
- Fixed GRACoL 2006 Job tolerances
- Added Pass/Fail indication for all Job types
- Updated Pass/Fail graphics in Job Summary view
- Add Guidance Caret to Black Tints Summary view, and fixed K guidance
- Scan Speed Improvement
- Added a prompt to replace paper measurement if the substrate exceeds a the paper tolerance defined in the job
- Dynamic Framerate for Video Targeting improving overall performance and responsiveness
- This automatically adjusts the video targeting framerate to keep the device stabile in hot environments or under heavy use
- Displays recipes for PantoneLIVE standards on eXact 2 device
- Libraries need to be redownloaded to your device to see the recipes.
- Libraries transferred via eXact 2 Suite (v 1.0.8) will transfer with recipes
- To view the recipe, click the (i) information button next to the standard, and the recipe will be under "Notes"

- Safe Boot Mode - enables the user to recover their device if there is a fatal error preventing the device from booting properly
- Improvements to tethered mode functionality and stability

- Enabled 4 decimal place precision for CIE Yxy Color Space

- Added an Independent CMY Balance Mode, outside of the Jobs tool
- The BestMatch graph in the Density Tool has been fixed to auto-update if you manually change the active filter (Auto, C, M, Y)

- Required device calibration after Polarizer/Filter Glass change
