Software "Freeze" While Calibrating Monitor

Some graphics card settings can cause profiling problems.
There appears to be a compatability issue with some Nvidia display cards that causes the profiling application to "freeze". The following is one of these customer's configuration:

Window XP Professional Service pack 2
NVidia 7800 GTX
Force ware version: 77.74
256 MB

This customer's solution was to turn off the SLI Multi-GPU option on the card. Once it was unchecked, they were able to complete the display profiling. The customer can turn the SLI Multi-GPU option back on after profiling.

If the customer is using ColorMunki or i1Profiler software, they might want to consider the appropriate "DDC and/or ADC..." Additional Information below.
