I don't think so. A CrossOver is performed to allow for batch to batch differences in film emulsions. One assumption of the CrossOver process is that the same densitometer and sensitometer are used for all exposures and measurements. See the following for more details:

Instruments returned to X-Rite for repair or recertification are often replaced (temporarily) with 'Service Loaner' equipment. X-Rite cannot guarantee that these 'Service Loaners' (densitometers or sensitometers) will exactly match a customer's equipment. To that end it is not unusual that accustomed AIMs for "Base+Fog", "Speed", "Contrast", "dMax", etc., will shift as the temporary equipment is used. Prior to sending an instrument in for service it is a good idea to perform the following steps (if the item to be serviced is functional): Densitometer is being sent in for service:
Ensure that the mammography film processor is in good control!
Expose, process, and measure a film for use with the loaner densitometer. Record how this film differs from wanted values (AIMs).
Record all historical data contained in the densitometer (where applicable). Please refer to instrument operation manual for details.
Note:
This data will be lost if the service technician is forced to reset the instrument's microprocessor during the service visit.
Read the retained film as a process reference with the 'Service Loaner'.
Where applicable, manually adjust the AIMs using the data recorded in step #2.
Sensitometer is being sent in for service:
Ensure that the mammography film processor is in good control!
Record the switch settings and exposure options of the instrument that is being sent in for service.
Note:
X-Rite's repair technicians will unconditionally return the sensitometer to factory standard settings when certifying the instrument. If the customer fails to record any modifications or settings unique to their site, these edits will be lost in the service process.
Set the DIP switches and color function of the 'Service Loaner' to match the instrument which will be serviced.
Expose two films, one with the unit to be serviced and the other with the 'Service Loaner'.
Record difference in the two films ("Base+Fog", "Speed", "Contrast", "dMax").
Note:
Extreme differences may require that a change be made in the DIP switch settings.
The recorded differences may be used to create temporary AIMs which should be strived for until the original unit returns.
