 QA-2000 and Formulation 2001 Networking Troubleshooting 
When troubleshooting networked packages (those using either QA-2000 Server or XServer), verify that when the user starts the client software (local version of QA-2000 or Formulation 2001) they are connecting to the Remote Server (see below).
