Resetting (Forcing a Cold Boot) on the CE-Xth
Cold booting a unit will erase all stored readings. Back up all readings on a computer before performing this function.
To perform a cold boot:
- Put the unit to sleep then wake it up by repeatedly pressing the left arrow key. The unit will only display the Menu Bar.
- Select OPTIONS. Two items will be listed: Force Cold Boot and Jump to App (which restarts the unit without a cold boot).
- Select Force Cold Boot, and the unit will reset.
