Data not correct from SpectroEye in iQC/iMatch

If a SpectroEye instrument is used with Color iQC or Color iMatch software, there is a condition which can cause incorrect readings to be transmitted to the software.  The condition which will cause this to happen occurs if the user has used the SpectroEye instrument standalone (not connected to the software) and done measurements of:

   Dot Area
   Dot Gain
   Trap
Any other mode which uses measurements relative to the substrate

To correct this issue, simply switch the SpectroEye instrument to CIELab or any other absolute color space.
