The Ultimate Digital Color Library

Unlock a world of vibrant possibilities with PantoneLIVE, a comprehensive cloud-based set of color libraries showcasing 2,563 digital Pantone colors.

PantoneLIVE digital color identities are derived from trusted sources, guaranteeing accuracy and reliability. The libraries consist of:

Achievable Color Representation with Dependent Standards

To accurately represent Pantone Master Standards on real-world packaging materials and processes, the PantoneLIVE library includes digital measurements of the Pantone Formula Guide Master Colors, along with 44 dependent color libraries. Dependent standards are meticulously designed for specific substrate, print process, and ink type combinations. Each color within these libraries comes with spectral color data for solid shades, and where appropriate, tints to ensure optimal color matching. Additionally, PantoneLIVE offers optional libraries for color matching of plastics, coatings, and textiles, further expanding the possibilities of the Pantone range and giving a true multi-material color matching system.

Unmatched Measurement Precision

All PantoneLIVE data values on conventional flat packaging materials are measured using an X-Rite 45:0 spectrophotometer. These measurements comply with the X-Rite Graphics Arts Standard (XRGA), ensuring consistent and reliable results.

For non-flat substrates, the packaging libraries provide spherical D:8 measurement data obtained using an X-Rite Ci64 instrument, allowing for precise color matching on specialty substrates and materials.

Easy Access with PantoneLIVE-Enabled Software

PantoneLIVE libraries are accessible from any PantoneLIVE-enabled software to seamlessly integrate this vast color collection into your creative workflow.
