X-RiteColor Master WEB Shuts Down Unexpectedly

There is a feature called DEP (Data Execution Prevention) that helps protect against viruses and security threats.  This is above the Windows Firewall settings and other virus programs.  If this is on, we are able to reproduce the error due to selecting Reports.  If you need this feature enabled, you will need to add (and enable) the following items:

BDECFG32.exe (in the C:\Program Files\Borland\Common\BDE directory)
FM2000.exe (in the C:\Program Files\X-RiteColor Master WEB directory)
X-Admin.exe (in the C:\Program Files\X-RiteColor Master WEB directory)
HotBackup.exe (in the C:\Program Files\X-RiteColor Master WEB directory)
Rds.exe (in the C:\Program Files\X-RiteColor Master WEB directory)
Sp64job.exe (in the C:\Program Files\X-RiteColor Master WEB directory)

This is found in the System Properties under the “Advanced” tab.  You need to click Settings button in the “Performance” area to get to the Performance Options.  There you click the “Data Execution Prevention” tab and add the listed items.
