X-RiteColor Master Will not Save Measurements

Instrument measurements are not being transmitted or stored in the X-RiteColor Master software.

If you have measurement averaging set up on the instrument, and turned on in the software they will act as a multiplication factor. 

Solution;   Turn off, or adjust the number of measurements in the software and/or instrument.

Example;  If you have the instrument set up for averaging 3 measurements and the software set for a 3 measurement average the user must complete a total of 9 measurements before a sample will be saved, or displayed in the software.
