X-Rite Service Contracts

Is your X-Rite product still under original factory warranty? Have you registered by completing the product information card?* If you can answer yes to both of these questions then X-Rite wishes to offer you something new. You may now purchase Service Contracts for most of X-Rite's nearly 200 products.
A service contract is an annual investment, paid in advance, that extends the original warranty of the instrument. The Term of an X-Rite Service Contract is one year. Service Contracts are non-refundable and non-transferable. To qualify for this program, the instrument must be operational, mechanically complete, and unmodified. The instrument must be currently covered by X-Rite warranty. This includes either the original warranty or warranty acquired as the result of repair. Instruments not in warranty must be re-certified and/or repaired before they become eligible for the Service Contract program.
