Replacing the SpectroEye (or Eye-One) Calibration Tile

A calibration tile cannot be replaced with any white tile because each unit is calibrated to a specific tile at the factory. Each white calibration tile has the serial number of the instrument on it.

Contact technical support for instructions for sending the instrument back to the factory. We will recalibrate it to a new tile.
