Q: What are the recommended settings for projector profiling settings?“Native” is the default because the human vision system will easily adapt to the native white point of the projector. This is because, typically projectors are used in a dimly lit room with no other frame of reference to easily compare with (like a printed image). Choosing any white point other than “Native” will also reduce the overall brightness of the projector and this is not desirable when using a projector because brightness and contrast is already limited.
