CrypKey Error -10 When Using Hardware Dongle

Getting CrypKey Error -10 When Using Hardware Dongle.

1. Restart the computer.

2. Login with local administrative permissions but do not run Color iControl.

3. Double Click on "Remove_Crypkey.BAT" found in C:\Program Files\GretagMacbeth\Common Files\Control.

4. Restart the computer to finish the removal of all the CrypKey files.

5. Install Color iControl. This will install unlicensed CrypKey files to get rid of the error message. This will not affect any of your existing data.
