Ambient Light Measurement Freezes Program
User is unable to do anything after measuring ambient room light with the measurement device and cannot select another screen in the software (program appears to be frozen).
If the user is unable to do anything after measuring ambient room light with the measurement device and cannot select another screen in the software (program appears to be frozen), try the following suggestion:
Scroll down on the right side of the page and then select “Keep measurement”, “Save as…”, or “Cancel” to use this ambient measurement for the white point/luminance setting or proceed without using it. Maximizing the window by selecting the appropriate icon in the lower left will make these options visible without the need to scroll.
