Waterfall Error

'No DLLS were Found in the Waterfall Procedure' Error populates when launching ColorChecker Passport software.

It has come to our knowledge that certain Intel Library files, usually installing with programs such as GoPro Studios, are causing the failure.

If this occurs the solution is to browse to:

Windows 64x:

C:\Windows\SysWOW64

Windows 32x:

C:\Windows\System32

Locate the following files and remove them:

ippcore-6.1

ippj-6.1

ippjw7-6 .. 1

IPPS-6.1

ippvc-6.1

You will now be able to launch ColorChecker Passport without error.
