Join us for a hands-on product demo to learn how PANTORA, in collaboration with VRED, can revolutionize product design by creating digital material twins, streamlining material communication, and accelerate design iterations.

Meet X-Rite Pantone at AutoDesk’s Design and Make Conference

Join us for an exciting product session presented by X-Rite’s 3D Solutions Architect, Thomas Meeker.

Session Title: Accelerating Product Innovation: The Power of Digital Material Twins

Unlock the future of product design with digital material twin technology. In this hands-on demo, you'll explore how PANTORA can transform your workflow, integrate with top 3D rendering software, and revolutionize material communication.

What You'll Learn:

  • Create Digital Material Twins: Use PANTORA and a spectrophotometer to digitize physical materials with accuracy.
  • Boost Design Efficiency: Watch how PANTORA integrates with Autodesk for powerful 3D rendering.
  • Streamline Material Communication: Learn how to simplify complex workflows using the standardized AxF file format.

Plus, we’re excited to have a special co-presenter from VRED, who will demonstrate how you can leverage PANTORA with VRED's advanced rendering software to enhance your design visuals.

Don’t miss this chance to elevate your product innovation strategy.

Featured Solutions for Digital Material Twins:

  • PANTORA Appearance software, when paired with the proper spectrophotometer, allows designers to create accurate digital material twins of their samples to accurately visualize what fabrics and materials will look like on their designs before production begins, and stores that material as a digital sample for future reference.
  • The MA-12 has twelve angles of measurement and an on-board color calibrated RGB camera to fully characterize and verify color, sparkle, coarseness, and texture characteristics with the highest level of repeatability and reproducibility, making it a superior measurement device for both interior and exterior parts.
  • With MetaVue VS3200, a non-contact imaging spectrophotometer, designers can accurately measure patterned or multi-colored samples, and then digitally view that sample using PANTORA.
  • The Ci7860 sphere benchtop spectrophotometer is ideal for measuring and viewing plastic materials.
