I can't see the navigation arrows on my software

The navigation arrows for the HP DreamColor APS are located in the lower right corner of the screen. If you cannot see them, you may have your resolution set too low. The minimum screen resoloution requirement for the software is 1024 x 768.

To check your resolution settings, follow these instructions

• PC
  • Right-click on an open area on your desktop and choose Properties to open the Display Properties window.
  • Go to the Settings tab and move the slider to adjust your settings. Click Apply to preview your choices. If you are happy with the change, say Yes to the dialog box that pops up to ask you if you want to keep these settings.
  • If you do not see an option for at least 1024 x 768, update your video card and/or monitor drivers.
• Mac
  • Go to the Apple menu in the upper left hand of the screen and choose System Preferences.
  • Choose Displays
  • Highlight your desired resolution. The screen will flicker and then show the change.
  • Click the red X in the upper left corner to close the Display window.
