iQC/iMatch C++ Runtime error on launch

in Color I Control and iMatch software, if bad data or incomplete communications occur with a connected device the sensors file can be corrupted. This will cause the software not to open and you will receive a C++ Runtime error and it will close.

Close the software and go to C:\Color_iControl\System and delete all instances of Sensors.archive or XRSensors.archive. This should resolve the error.
