Notes:
The X-Rite Device Bridge (previously known as Autura NEX) connects your X-Rite spectrophotometer with X-Rite cloud-based software, enabling measurement to be obtained directly from your browser or remotely via the Device Measurement Service (DMS).
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- If you are still running Autura Nex, please ensure you are updated to v2.10.1 before installing Device Bridge.
- If you are updating from version 2.13 to 2.14 you may need to manually re-install your device drivers
X-Rite Device Bridge uses a predefined WebSocket port number 100, which can be adjusted in the X-Rite Device Bridge configuration area of your cloud software (e.g. Hostname 127.0.0.1:100).
New Features
- macOS Support (ARM‑based Macs Only)
The Device Bridge now supports Apple Silicon (ARM) Macs running macOS 13 (Ventura) or later. Intel‑based Macs are not supported.
This release contains the following Improvements/Fixes:
- Improved eXact 2 connection speed for devices running newer firmware, including a workaround for a known firmware‑related connectivity issue.
- Resolved issue with eXact 2 configuration handling when Wi‑Fi is disabled
