2. Tag: Grundlagen der Messgeräteausrüstung und Qualitätskontrolle (FIQC)
Messgeräte:
• Geräte mit 45°/0°- und Kugelgeometrie: Unterschiede bei den Messverfahren
• Hand-, Tisch- und/oder berührungslose Geräte: Welches Gerät ist wann das richtige?
• Allgemeine Messmodi (RFL/TRA, SCI/SCE, UVC/UVEx usw.)
• Bedeutung der Zertifizierung und sachgemäßen Kalibrierung
Farbproben:
• Farbproben, die gemessen bzw. nicht gemessen werden sollten
• Probenerstellung nach branchenspezifischen Kriterien
• Probenvorlage nach branchenspezifischen Kriterien
Auswertung von Farbdaten und -toleranzen:
• Allgemeine Werte zur Farbdifferenz (DL*, Da*, Db* oder DL*, DC*, Dh)
• Allgemeine Farbgrafiken, z. B. Farbräume und Farbtrends
• Individuelle farbmetrische Toleranzen
• Auf einzelnen Zahlenwerten beruhende Toleranzen
