Unable to Save Original Profile Error message is populating while building ColorMunki Photo or ColorMunki Design monitor profile.The error "Unable to Save Original Profile" when starting the monitor profiling process will populate the first time that a profile is generated with the ColorMunki Photo or ColorMunki Design for monitors or projectors. This is populated due to no ColorMunki generated monitor profile has been generated yet on that operating system to use for the Before and After image.
The solution is to click OK and proceed. The profile that you build will be fine. Once a profile has been built the error will not reoccur. It happens because the ColorMunki software is attempting to load the existing monitor profile for use in the "Before-After" illustration.
