Try calibrating a different monitor. Separating the monitor and the ColorMunki Create hardware can be very helpful in determining which component is the culprit in your calibration issue.
If you get a very heavy color cast or are unable to reach your calibration targets on more than one monitor, your ColorMunki Create hardware may be malfunctioning.
