CarFlash video is blue and no AKQ

CarFlash image area is not showing the dot pattern and is solid blue.  The AKQ adjustment values are not appearing.
 There is no video from the instrument to the computer.  Most likely cause is the green video cable connecting the computer video card to the CarFlash head is damaged.  Replace the video cable.  Also check that the video cable is connected to the first connector on the computer.  It is the one closest to the mother board on the computer.
