E2180 (Color-Eye) will not Communicate with Computer

The ColoriMatch (iQC) software has an instrument emulation mode. If this mode is selected, the SW makes no effort to locate and communicate with a physical instrument. Ensure that your SW is properly configured to operate with your particular instrument hardware.
