Enabling PantoneLIVE in IFS (Ink Formulation)
In IFS, PantoneLIVE functionality is enabled via the security dongle.
- All shipments made following the release of PantoneLIVE include an updated dongle.
- For customers who have an earlier dongle, X-Rite will provide an upgrade code (at no cost).
- Customers should contact our Tech Support group with the dongle number and ask for the "PantoneLIVE upgrade".
- X-Rite's Tech Support staff will provide a document (PN: IFS-Code-EN) with a unique password (specific to your security dongle). This document contains complete instructions to complete the upgrade process.
