Customers are confused as to what is coming in software with their Epson scanner.You've contacted X-Rite to ask about the i1Scanner software that came along with your Epson scanner.

With the Epson scanner you received three different software packages. The Epson scanner driver, a third party scanner driver (SilverFast), and scanner profiling software (i1Scanner).

You need to use one of the two scanner drivers to capture your images, and you will find that either scanner driver will give you a number of options on how to save the scans. You might also want to create an ICC scanner profile, rather than use scanner driver settings, and that's where the i1Scanner software will be used.
