QA-2000 User Cannot Access the Program
Problem: When logging on to the PC as a user, the user can not access the database or run the program, but can while logged on to the PC as an administrator signifies a users permission issue.
Solution: In QA 2000, users on the PC must be set to a status of Power User or above.
