IFS serial number info location
When doing upgrades or engaging in support it is often necessary for customers to relay the IFS serial number that reflects the license. Most customers are unfamiliar with its location. It can be found on the dongle itself and also verified from within the software.
Open IFS. On the main menu go to help and from the dropdown menu select INFO.
This will display the IFS serial number and always confirm this matches what is printed on the license dongle.
