Please insure that both the monitor surface and the suction cups on the device are clean. You may use the provided Klear Screen product for this purpose, or any screen cleaner.

If the device still fails to adhere, you may lightly moisten the suction cups. This will usually resolve the issue. However, the device should NOT be immersed in water.
