EZcolor Does not Launch after Install - Italian, German

Q: After installing EZcolor 2.6.5 on my Windows 2000 System, it cannot be launched. An error message like 'Cannot locate resource dll for application' appears. I selected the language 'Italian' for the installation procedure. My Windows is set to 'German'.

A: The reason, why EZcolor cannot be started is, that the Resource DLL contained in the EZcolor program folder has another language than the Windows Operating System. To solve the issue, please de-install the current EZcolor software (by using the System's control panel 'Add/Remove Software') and install EZcolor again in the same language as used by the Windows Operating System.
