Downloading the Latest Profile

To download the latest profile for a specific instrument, please follow the steps listed below.

1) Launch the NetProfiler software and connect the instrument you want the profile for. You will need to enter your user name , password, and select the instrument type. Make sure the serial number for the instrument is displayed in the second box of the bottom line in the software (the instrument is connected).

2) Click on the "Set Up" command and choose "Download Latest Profile." For this option to be active there must exist a valid profile for the instrument. If this option is "grayed out" there is no available profile for this instrument and one will need to be created.

3) After the download is complete, click "OK"

The profile is now resident on the PC and available for use.
