Windows - Software Flashes but Won't Open (OMP Error)
Launching ColorChecker Passport software but the program will not laod and the error populates showing the following message:
To resolve this issue follow these steps:
• Open control panel and select System
• Click on the Advanced tab
• Click on the Environmen! t Variables button at the bottom of the window
• Under System Variables click the New button
• For Variable Name type KMP_DUPLICATE_LIB_OK
• For Variable Value type TRUE
• Click OK and close all the windows
