iQC / iMatch errors when launching

Occasionally, Color iControl will fail to start properly and will generate an error. Occasionally, Color iControl will fail to start properly and will generate an error. Typically these errors are:

",,, application configuration is incorrect..." (Windows XP)

or

"... side-by-side configuration is incorrect..." (Windows 7)
