i1iO Reads Patches Incorrectly in Colorport
When you set up your testchart measurement in Colorport, you will go through a series of steps to locate the coordinates of your testchart. In some cases, the outer corner of your testchart will be a blank white space. Please be sure to align to the outer crop mark of the testchart, not the last colored patch. Otherwise, your chart measurement will misalign and your expected and measured patches will not match.
