Difficulty taking Ambient Light Measurement with the ColorMunki Photo or the ColorMunki Design and the value does not look accurate.

If you are having any difficulty or unexpected results when using the ambient light measurement feature, please make certain that:

The optics have been positioned in the proper (facing upwards) position
That the holding bag has been opened so that the lens is not covered
That nothing else is blocking or casting a shadow on the lens
That the lens has not been scratched or otherwise damaged
