In ColorCert, the PantoneLIVE connection uses the same login credentials as "My X-Rite".
If you change your email address or your password in your "My X-Rite" account, this will also change your connection to the PantoneLIVE color libraries within ColorCert.
ColorCert 'remembers' the last working credentials and will fail to connect: "Username or Password is Incorrect".
Simply reconnect to the PantoneLIVE database using your new credentials.
