CAD RETEC 2023 de Setembro 18 - 20, 2023

CADRetec 2023

CAD RETEC® is North America's longest-running and largest technical conference devoted to coloring plastics. It started as a technical conference focused on the development, manufacturing, and research of color science, color measurement, and coloring plastics. However, it has grown to be THE place to network with others in the industry.

Meet X-Rite Pantone at CAD RETEC 2023

Climate change is an increasing concern around the world, challenging the global plastic market to find ways to reduce their footprint on the planet.

Whether you work with plastic pellets, extruded plastic, uniquely shaped bottles, transparent or translucent preforms or plaques, or materials with optical brightening agents, X-Rite solutions can help you eliminate subjective color communication and assessment that often ends with unnecessary waste, reduce the need for physical prototypes, and verify color is on target though all stages of the manufacturing process.

At CAD RETEC 2023, we will be showcasing our industry-leading color measurement solutions for formulation, production, and quality control. Our Plastic Color Experts will be available to demo key features that will help you reduce waste, work faster and more efficiently, and formulate with leftover or recycled materials.

  • When: September 18-20, 2023
  • Where: Columbus, OH

Featured Solutions for Formulation:

Featured Solutions for Production and Quality Control:

  • The Ci64 handheld spectrophotometer is a high-end quality control solution ideal for use in the lab, field, and manufacturing plant.
  • Color iQC is a feature-rich quality control software that monitors color from specification through material suppliers, manufacturing, and assembly and offers tools to help automate color control at every step.
  • The MetaVue VS3200 is non-contact imaging spectrophotometer that uses digital on-screen targeting and aperture sizes ranging from 2mm to 12mm. It can capture precise measurements on a variety of difficult-to-measure plastic samples, even curved and tiny pieces like cords, buttons, and caps.
  • The MA-T12 is a multi-angle spectrophotometer that accurately characterizes both effect and complex surface structured materials with twelve angles of measurement. By adding PANTORA, a desktop application, to MA-T12, you can quickly digitize the appearance to visualize textured samples like flake texture and color flop.
  • The ERX130 is an inline measurement spectrophotometer that features a large measurement spot of 90 mm (3.5”) to measure on the line, without contact, while delivering a good average of the measured color on a full range of textured, finely patterned, and gloss samples.
