Generic strip reading with the 880 & 890U series
Can a generic strip be read with the 880 or 890 series?You should be able to read a strip under "Generic" if it meets the requirements of the"Control Strip Format Guide" (page 45),
Each patch should be 1/2" wide (12mm) and there is at least 1.25" (30.5mm) leader
before the first target.
When reading under Generic you will get a reading for each Unique area so if there
are spaces between targets you will get readings for them too.
