MA68 not communicating with Web Edition 6.11

After verifying that all software and hardware settings are set correctly and verifying that the cable is functioning correctly reset the instrument to it's factory defaults following the instructions at the link below:

In the event the reset procedure does not resolve the issue, the instrument will have to come in for repair. An online RMA can be set up at the following link:
