We recognize a few cases, in which Eye-One Match v3.6.2 can crash during startup on an Intel MacBook with MacOS v10.4.10. This has been recognized especially on brand new MacBooks with initially installed v10.4.10 system so far, but it might also occur in other system environments.
We found out, that in those cases creating a 'New User' helps to work around this problem. Eye-One Match can be launched successfully under the 'New User'.
The reason for the crash is not clear, but it is assumed, that with the 'New User' a new System Prefrences file will be generated, which does not lead to a crash.
