Color iQC Basic is Not Saving Job File ExtensionWhen you save a job in iQC Basic, it defaults to saving with the All Files (*.*) file type. It does not save with any file extension. This is happening because during the installation, the .JB3 file extension did not register with Windows for iQC Basic.
Solution: When saving a file, add the .JB3 file extension and it will save properly. This has been fixed in Version 4.11
